These Client Terms of Service govern your use of the PATH2PROFIT business assessment, results, and related client portal features made available by your Profit Advisor through PROFITADVISOR.

Your Agreement

By submitting your information, starting an assessment, or continuing to use the client portal, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Client Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Assessment and Advisory Services

The assessment is provided for informational and educational purposes. Results, strategies, and projections are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a guarantee of future financial performance. Your Profit Advisor may contact you regarding your assessment results and related services.

Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate business and contact information. You authorize PATH2PROFIT and your Profit Advisor to use that information to deliver your assessment, communicate with you, and improve the service experience.

Communications and Consent

Where you opt in, you may receive assessment results, follow-up messages, and marketing communications by email, SMS, or phone. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in each message or by contacting your advisor.

Acceptable Use

You will not misuse the assessment, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operation, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the published Privacy Policy. By using the assessment, you acknowledge that policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PATH2PROFIT and your Profit Advisor are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the assessment or client portal.

Changes

We may update these Client Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
